Coach David Pagou has selected a 28-player squad for the matches on 12 and 16 November, with Bryan Mbeumo also included.
Baleba’s return follows his absence through injury in September and gives Pagou another midfield option as Cameroon continue reshaping their national side.
The selection also includes defender Enzo Ebosse, while Christian Kofane and Karl Etta Eyong are absent.

According to the report, Kofane has been dealing with a thigh injury. The reason for Etta Eyong’s omission has not been publicly explained by Pagou and should not be treated as a confirmed fitness decision.
Cameroon’s squad combines returning players with fresh selections as attention turns to the next qualifying window.
For Baleba, the call-up provides an opportunity to resume his international involvement. For Pagou, the Namibia fixtures offer another test of a developing squad.
