Kaizer Chiefs, South Africa’s largest crowd-pulling football club, has taken a ground-breaking step into culinary. The famous Soweto-based club has released a range of snacks that will be available in retail outlets from the middle of October.

Interestingly, rival club fans have long called the club “Kaizer Chips” and now Kaizer Chiefs chips are here. There is Salt & Vinegar, which incidentally was former player Willard Katsande’s nickname, Tomato, and Grilled Steak flavours for the Amakhosi faithful to enjoy as they watch the elusive hunt for a trophy continue.

“Our vision was clear – to deliver a snack range that embodies the boldness and vibrancy of the Kaizer Chiefs brand. With these explosive flavours, we invite fans everywhere to get #Khosified and truly Fuel Your Passion,” is the message from Kaizer Chiefs Marketing and Commercial Director, Jessica Motaung.

The snacks are made under licence by in2food Group.
