City reached the group stage after defeating AS Port-Louis 2000 6–1 on aggregate, including a 3–0 victory in Mauritius.
Their next phase will require consistency across home and away fixtures, with the top two teams progressing to the quarter-finals.
AS FAR bring substantial continental experience, while Azam and Al Ahly Tripoli complete a group spanning southern, eastern and northern Africa.
City’s qualification has already extended their first appearance in the competition. The task now is to turn that progress into points against their newly confirmed opponents.
The group stage is scheduled to begin during the weekend of 27–29 November.
