In an announcement published on their official site, CAF said the sessions would address competition regulations, match organisation, refereeing and Video Assistant Referee procedures.
Anti-doping requirements, stadium safety, disciplinary matters and club responsibilities are also on the agenda.
The programme extends beyond match operations. Representatives will receive guidance on commercial regulations, television production, digital activities and media requirements.
CAF says the workshop will allow club officials to clarify procedures directly with the relevant departments before the competitions resume.
For the participating teams, qualification brings responsibilities alongside the opportunity to compete for continental honours. The Cairo meetings are intended to improve coordination and ensure clubs understand what is required on and off the pitch.
