Dithejane & Ouaddou Scoop Second Betway Premiership Honours as Dansin Claims First Career Award
TS Galaxy’s Puso Dithejane and Orlando Pirates head coach Abdeslam Ouaddou have once again been recognised for their outstanding performances, securing the Betway Premiership Player and Coach of the Month awards for November/December 2025.
For Dithejane and Ouaddou, it’s a familiar feeling — both collect their second accolades of the season.
Puso Dithejane: Midfield Machine Continues to Shine
Dithejane’s form has been one of the key stories of TS Galaxy’s season.
The attacking midfielder contributed 1 goal and 2 assists across the two-month period, playing a central role in helping Galaxy push into the top eight heading into the Christmas break.
He edged out stiff competition from:
- Oswin Appollis (Orlando Pirates)
- Athini Maqokolo (AmaZulu)
The consistency of the 23-year-old continues to cement him as one of the standout performers in the league this campaign.
Abdeslam Ouaddou: Back-to-Back Brilliance
For the second straight month, Abdeslam Ouaddou walks away with the Coach of the Month award.
The Moroccan tactician has transformed the Buccaneers into a well-oiled machine, steering Pirates to four wins and a draw in five matches, taking them to the top of the Betway Premiership standings.
He beat out:
- Phuthi Mohafe (Polokwane City)
- Arthur Zwane (AmaZulu)
Ouaddou’s impact has made Pirates one of the most dominant sides of the 2025/26 season so far.
Cemran Dansin: A Goal Worth Remembering
The Betway Premiership Goal of the Month award went to 20-year-old Cemran Dansin, who earns his first-ever senior award in his debut season.
His thunderous volley from outside the box in the 1–1 draw against Mamelodi Sundowns on 1 November not only won local votes — it also attracted global attention across social media.
Dansin’s strike beat out:
- Riaan Hanamub’s long-range screamer for AmaZulu
- Haashim Domingo’s curler for Orbit College
A breakthrough moment for one of Pirates’ rising stars.
Betway Keeps Fans Engaged
As the league’s title sponsor, Betway continues to activate fan-driven initiatives, including:
- S’bonise & Win — supporters in club colours at home matches can instantly win up to R20,000
- Dial Up Games — Betway account holders stand to win up to R50,000 at selected fixtures
The winners for the monthly awards were selected by an independent panel of PSL journalists and broadcasters.
