Morocco enter the fixtures with six points from their opening two Group A matches, having beaten Gabon and Lesotho without conceding.
Oufkir adds another wide attacking option alongside Brahim Diaz and Abdessamad Ezzalzouli, while En-Nesyri brings further international experience to the forward line.
Achraf Hakimi, Noussair Mazraoui and Nayef Aguerd remain among the established defensive selections, with Yassine Bounou included in goal.
Several familiar names are absent, including Ismaël Saibari, Azzedine Ounahi, Ayoub El Kaabi and Sofyan Amrabat.
The selection gives Ouahbi an opportunity to test new combinations while maintaining Morocco’s strong qualifying start.
For Oufkir, the camp offers a first chance to establish himself at senior international level. For En-Nesyri, it provides an opportunity to reinforce his place in Morocco’s plans.
